We are looking for an Senior Product Designer!
Mission: You will take the lead to design and improve platform configuration management, and application lifecycle management capabilities in OutSystems. You will work side by side with other talented designers, engineers and PMs, in strong collaboration with our R&D development teams.
You will get down and dirty to explore and understand the technological landscape of systems, products and processes that our customers use. You will use your usability mindset to understand the user needs, to solve big technical challenges, to ideate, prototype and test solutions.
Responsabilities:
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Funnel Analysis, A/B & Multivariate Testing, User Flow Optimization.
* UX Research & Analysis: Usability Studies, User Interviews, Persona Development, Data Analysis.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Engineering & Data Science.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Have basic knowledge of DevOps, ideally regarding configuration management, and monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Proven experience as a product designer in complex SaaS or PaaS products, Developer Experience tools (DevEx), or relevant experience in the computer technology industry.
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
* High proficiency in Figma using and contributing to design systems, for UI consistency and reusability.
* Experience with AI in the UX design process for research, ideation, solution design, validation.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to technical feasibility discussions, articulating design decisions clearly and persuasively.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
