## YOUR ROLE* Own and evolve the strategic and operational ownership of the Developer Portal, ensuring alignment with business, architecture, and security standards.
* Ensure roadmap and execution, including content structure, feature evolution, and continuous improvement of the portal.
* Define Standards for developer-facing documentation and guidance, including onboarding flows, golden paths, templates, and best practices exposed via the portal.
* Drive continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence,.
* Ensure platform compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
* Support modernization initiatives and reduce duplication through reuse and standardization.
## YOUR PROFILE* Product & Platform Engineering Thinking (product development and management).
* Strong stakeholder management, working across business, IT, and delivery teams.
* Ability to define and communicate standards, principles, and best practices.
* Proven facilitation skills for workshops, design reviews, and onboarding sessions.
* Experience operating in Agile and scaled delivery environments.
* Capability to act as a bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring practical adoption.
* Strong documentation and architectural governance discipline.
* Developer Portal & Developer Experience expertise (internal developer portals, onboarding concepts, documentation standards, self-service models).
* Understanding of modern software development lifecycles (agile methodologies, tooling, architectural principles).
