About the position

Your tasks
* Manage and evaluate repair reports and quotations for spain & portugal
* Control costs while ensuring top-quality service
* Liaise with repair agents and technical partners
* Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable
* Build and maintain a strong repair network across spain
* Perform monthly audits and help improve service levels
Your profile
* Technical experience with white & brown goods
* Flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented mind
* Great communicator and team player
* Fluent Portuguese
* High-level of english
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
