A leading multinational industrial group is recruiting a Head of Controlling to join its corporate financial leadership team. This is a critical and confidential role, reporting directly to the CFO Corporate, with a strong impact on the group’s strategic transformation.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial redefinition of a global organization, at a time of major restructuring and growth. The selected professional will be instrumental in driving performance, transparency, and strategic alignment across all business units.
Your New Role
- Lead and oversee the group’s controlling function, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis;
- Design and implement financial control *frameworks* to support strategic decision-making;
- Drive efficiency and transparency across industrial operations and corporate structures;
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support restructuring and transformation initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across geographies;
- Manage and develop high-performing teams in a multicultural environment.
What You'll need to succeed
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in controlling or financial management roles, with leadership responsibilities;
- Proven track record in large-scale restructuring and transformation projects;
- Mandatory experience in the industrial sector;
- Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and strategic thinking;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
