Headcount and Personnel Cost Management Role
The successful candidate will oversee Headcount and Personnel costs for FZM, working closely with local HRBPs and Finance Managers to monitor and control expenses.
* Responsibilities include tracking Headcount evolution, reporting and forecasting year-end positions through a rolling process.
* Collaborate with AD and AH controlling teams to consolidate Trans-divisional scope of Personnel costs, including Forecast by Siglum.
Requirements and Qualifications
A strong analytical accounting background is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with global financial stakeholders.
* Language proficiency: English mandatory, Spanish is an asset.
* Basic knowledge of analytical Accounting & Controlling principles.
