Job Description
The team is responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support. Support is handled via several communication tools such as Teams, Outlook, and in some cases Hotline. The support team is based in Porto, with a hybrid working model.
The collaborator needs to follow all procedures to ensure that KPIs are measured. Extraction and presentation of data are the responsibilities of the support team.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in French
* English B2 level
* Having HR procedure knowledge is a plus, such as Recruitment and Talent Management
* Knowledge of QA and Data Quality is a plus
* Administrative mindset
* Good communication skills, due to the support's core activity
