Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance
* Manage and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, influencer performance ).
* Execute structured testing frameworks (creative, bidding, audiences, funnels).
* Optimize CAC/ROAS through event-based optimization, segmentation, and creative iteration .
Tracking, Data & Attribution
* Implement and maintain complete conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, CAPI, server-side, pixel events).
* Improve signal quality, activation event tracking, and attribution accuracy.
* Develop dashboards and reporting for CAC, activation, retention, and LTV .
Full-Funnel Growth
* Manage and execute SEO initiatives: content optimization, keyword research, technical hygiene checks, and ongoing improvements.
* Support website and landing page performance through CRO and A/B testing .
* Optimize acquisition funnels end-to-end (ads → LP → onboarding → activation).
Lifecycle, Retention & Virality
* Build and maintain email/SMS/on-platform automation, onboarding journeys, and referral loops.
* Run experiments to improve activation, engagement, and retention .
Partnerships & Influencer Growth
* Manage performance-oriented creator acquisition and influencer programs .
* Support scalable processes for ambassador and affiliate-style initiatives.
AI-Driven Optimization
* Use AI to enhance audience modeling, creative iteration, predictive scoring, funnel insights .
* Leverage automation tools (Mutiny, Clay, Jasper, etc.) to accelerate experimentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to refine onboarding and retention loops.
* Bring insights from growth experiments into product and roadmap decisions.
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing roles.
* Strong hands-on experience in paid media, with the ability to manage complementary growth channels.
* Practical experience in SEO execution : keyword research, content optimization, and basic technical improvements.
* Proven ability to drive CRO, funnel optimization, and experimentation end-to-end.
* Expertise in GA4, GTM, CAPI, server-side tracking, and attribution methodologies.
* Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong experimentation rigor.
* Experience with AI and marketing automation tools .
* Ability to combine creative thinking with operational excellence to build scalable growth systems .
