p Your new role /pp Cash Application: /pulli Process and apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and their transfer to general accounting.
/lili Check outstanding amounts and customer solvency, block and unblock orders following the manager#39;s guidance.
/lili Reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices.
/lili Investigate and solve discrepancies in a timely manner.
/lili Bank reconciliation and bank administration.
/li /ulp Customer Communication: /pulli Interact with customers to address billing inquiries and solve outstanding issues.
/lili Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
/lili Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
/li /ulp Collections: /pulli Monitor and manage overdue accounts.
/lili Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
/lili Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and disputes.
/li /ulp Reporting: /pulli Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status.
/lili Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
/lili Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
/lili Carry out legal, fiscal, and social monitoring.
/lili Support continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes.
/li /ulp What you need to be successful /pulli Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance.
/lili Experience in AR credit control for UK-based companies and / or in the UK health industry, is highly valued.
/lili Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
/lili Bachelor#39;s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
/lili Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
/lili Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
/lili Strong organizational and time-management skills.
