Integration and Automation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Automate batch jobs using advanced tools.
* Proactively respond to production issues and ensure service level agreements are met.
* Monitor, restart, and recover failed system processes.
* Develop and document operational procedures, releases, and deployments.
* Collaborate closely with application teams, shared services, and external vendors.
* Promote best practices in automation, observability, and DevOps across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of Linux/Windows system administration and scripting.
* Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M).
* Proficiency with file transfer tools (e.g., CFT, Connect:Express).
* Familiarity with web/application deployment processes (Java, Tomcat, WAR/JAR).
* Awareness of AWS or GCP operations is a plus.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Dynatrace, Kubernetes, or ServiceNow.
* Knowledge of ITIL principles and Agile mindset.
