We are looking for aQA Automation Engineer (Remote based in Portugal)
Requirements:
4+ years of experiencein quality assurance or software testing.
Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience in manual and automated testing in a commercial environment
Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
Solid knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
Practical experience testing APIs using Postman.
Good understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Design, execute, and maintain automated tests usingSeleniumandTypeScript.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
Validate and testRESTfulAPIs using tools such asPostman.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
Promote best testing practices and continuously improve QA processes.
Ensure high software quality standards throughout all project phases.
