Your New Mission
Act as the senior OutSystems technical reference, lead and
mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions and shape the long
-
term vision of the platform. You
’
ll help establish processes, best practices and a new local
engineering capability from scratch.
Your Responsibilities
Lead end
-
to
-
end technical
initiatives: analysis, design, development and delivery
Ensure
OutSystems best practices, code quality and scalable architecture
Collaborate
with product, architecture and engineering teams across different geographies
Translate
business needs into robust technical solutions
Support
hiring, onboarding and mentoring as the team grows
Define internal guidelines, standards and reusable patterns
Work with
cloud services, APIs, databases and integration platforms
Communicate
risks, technical impact and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate
with external tech partners on roadmap alignment
What You Need to Succeed
Must
Have
Strong hands
-
on experience with
OutSystems (ODC experience preferred)
Solid
background in designing scalable web applications
Experience
leading or mentoring engineering teams
Strong
understanding of best practices, integration and performance tuning
Confident
working with REST APIs and Agile/DevOps environments
Excellent
communication skills and fluency in English
Motivation to
build and scale a new engineering capability
Nice to
Have
Experience with cloud platforms
(Azure preferred, AWS or others also valued)
Cloud certifications
Additional backend knowledge
(C#, .NET or similar)
Experience in compliant /
regulated environments
