The IT Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring the effective implementation of analytics solutions. This role is based in Vila Nova de Gaia.
Description
Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Support end-to-end software development cycle from user requirement gathering, requirement analysis, project documentation, status monitoring, UAT, implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams across Europe and Asia to define system features, workflow, flowchart and function list.
With both business and technical focus, the person is expected to take on a key communication role in bridging between the end users, technical teams and solution consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, or Information Systems, Information Engineering or related disciplines.
1- 5 years of experience in requirement analysis, system implementation, EDI integrations and support.
Relevant exposure in supply chain, logistic industry or ecommerce is a plus.
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI), and familiar with computing languages (Python, SQL, XML, Java. etc)
Proficiency in English is a must, for both verbal and written English. Fluency in any other language is a definite advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
