This role is ideal for someone with2–3 years of experience in sales, a strong interest intechnology and digital tools, and the ambition to grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.You will be responsible for managing thefull sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, while building strong relationships with key players in the real estate ecosystem.What you'll be doing: Generate, identify, and qualifyinbound and outbound leads ; Develop, manage, and close ongoingsales opportunities ; Own and managethe end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature; Build and nurture relationshipswith investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners; Maintainaccurate pipeline management using CRMand digital sales tools; Source and securenew properties and business opportunitiesin the market; Act proactively toexpand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels .What We Are Looking For Ahands-on, proactive attitudeand ownership mindset; Strong technological curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools; High energy, resilience, and motivationto grow in a scale-up environment; Clear communication, structured thinking, and commercial intuition;Skills for the role Proven track record ofachievingorexceeding sales targets ; Strong negotiationand closing abilities; Comfortable usingdigital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools; Ability toworkindependentlywhile collaborating effectively with the team; 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments, or B2B salesis a plus ; Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
