Job Summary:
A highly skilled Technical Support Specialist is sought after to provide exceptional customer experience in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves providing pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support to customers via various channels. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will respond to customer requests, escalate issues as needed, and collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets. Additionally, you will manage an individual ticket queue, work flexible hours, and perform other assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
* Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
* Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
* Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
* Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
* Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English. You should also possess passion for Technical Support, attention to detail, and accuracy in completing tasks promptly. Problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to identify and escalate issues for timely resolution. Additionally, you should be committed to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality.

What's in it for You:
We offer a contract of 6 months, working hours from Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational), Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with two days off rotational. Your salary conditions include €1116 gross/month paid 12 times, plus a performance bonus of €120. We also provide help with acquiring the NIF and SSN, fully paid professional training, and fun company-wide initiatives. For those relocating from outside Portugal, we offer room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of €280 including utilities, and reimbursement of flight on the 6th month of contract.
