Key Responsibilities:
* Stay informed about industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and understand product offerings and marketing campaigns to foster innovation.
* Coordinate with the regional brand manager to execute marketing campaigns, co-brandings, and advertising efforts.
* Respond to customer interactions and create social media content in collaboration with the regional social media manager.
* Support the regional team in planning, executing, and visualizing resort photo and video shoots to ensure proper branding and positioning.
* Act as a liaison between local media and the regional communication manager for all communication and PR activities.
* Successfully launch and market new properties to meet sales and revenue targets.
* Implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance customer engagement and market presence.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Passion for the hospitality industry.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
* Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
* Responsible and autonomous.
* Flexible working hours.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with photoshoots, social media, influencers/bloggers, press, and event planning.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other design or presentation software.
