The Role
We are looking for a high-energy University-Linked Sales Development Intern to join our Cascais office under a Curricular Internship agreement.
This role is designed for a student who wants real exposure to international B2B sales. You will act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in training, focusing on the top of the funnel and ensuring the CEO and Senior Sales team have a steady stream of qualified opportunities to close.
This is a hands-on internship with real responsibility and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential B2B partners in the European organic ingredients market
Execute outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling)
Qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with Amazonia Bio's standards
Maintain CRM hygiene in Odoo and track daily KPIs
Support preparation of commercial proposals
Assist in preparing documentation for international trade fairs
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program requiring a Curricular Internship agreement with a university
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High resilience and comfort with rejection
Proactive, "can-do" attitude
Legal right to intern in Portugal (NIF and NISS required)
