We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to oversee and streamline financial and administrative functions.
This role involves managing operational processes, coordinating financial reporting, and supporting project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance operations, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.Key Responsibilities• Execute financial and administrative activities in accordance with defined timelines and service level agreements.• Maintain and manage documents (PORs, invoices, etc.)
ensuring proper issuance and recording.• Generate and deliver comprehensive financial reports.• Provide resource utilization and logistics tracking reports.• Prepare documents and materials for regular steering meetings.• Monitor and control budget allocations and expenditures.• Plan, organize, and facilitate working meetings with stakeholders across various functions.• Compile and present reports that consolidate key insights to support area management and strategic decisions.• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring it remains up to date and accessible.Requirements• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management or a related field.• Up to 15 years of professional experience in financial and administrative roles.• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow.• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project collaboration and tracking.• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader business goals.
