Job Description:
You will be the face of our technical expertise, conducting compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations. By effectively communicating the value of our services, you will help prospective customers understand how our solutions can solve their challenges.
1. Sales & Client Support:
o Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.
o Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.
o Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.
o Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.
o Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
