 
        
        A Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning public areas and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.
What will I be doing?
As a Public Area Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning public areas of the hotel and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Public Area Attendant will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Clean public areas of the hotel
Vacuum and clean restaurant/bar, lobby and corridors
Stock housekeeping offices with clean linen
Collect all dirty linen and deliver it to the service door
Clean rooms and attend guest requests when needed
Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
