Data Engineer (with Matillion skills)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
* Proven experience as a Data Engineer with Matillion skills
* Critical thinking and analytical skills to work with complex data using technical tools and understanding the business context of data
* Deep and broad understanding of data domains based on industry experience
* Effective communication skills, including documentation of design, build, test procedures, and maintenance
* Presentation skills to explain technical concepts to broader audiences
* Experience leading technical teams, coaching data engineers, evangelizing best practices, resolving technical bottlenecks, supporting Run & Support teams, and providing RCA resolutions
* Experience with MS-SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, Cloud Technologies, and Integration Technologies
* Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools such as Matillion, BODS, DBT
* Understanding of Security (Authorizations), Authentication methods (Basic, KeyPair, Token), and Secure Data Transmission (Encryption)
* Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation (RPA)
* English proficiency at minimum B2 level
