WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
ROLE:
* Ensure the effective and efficient management of assets and logistics processes, ensuring that all resources are optimally used to support daily operations;
* Service analysis and suggestion of changes to improve service quality;
* Preparation and analysis of reports and documentation (processes, procedures, work instructions, etc.);
* Daily validation of the equipment lifecycle and updating records in the internal application;
* Monitoring of physical inventories;
* Monitoring of projects related to equipment movements (status and location updates);
* Daily, weekly, and monthly control through reports;
* Responsible for resolving operational issues related to assets (interaction with technicians, clients, managers, and coordination teams).
PROFILE:
* Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade education;
* Experience in analysis and diagnosis of Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with a primary focus on Excel and Outlook, from an end-user perspective;
* Ability to produce and manage reports;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong adaptability to change and new technologies;
* KPI-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
* Team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
