Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager.
* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team, requiring the candidate to be a dynamic person with strong communication skills, project management abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Be responsible for managing projects directly, acting as the primary point of contact between the partner and various teams.
* Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed-upon timeline and according to requirements, ensuring adequate follow-up aligned with established scope.
* Expectations and Communication Management: Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
* Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems, and provide solutions when necessary.
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure delivery success.
* Supporting Strategy Development: Support clients and internal parties in defining project strategies, ensuring business objectives are met effectively.
* Risk and Conflict Management: Identify risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential challenges proactively to involved parties and stakeholders.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO, with 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably with external clients.
* Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to manage expectations and handle challenging situations constructively.
* Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, adapting to specific client and project needs.
* Team/Equipment Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing multi-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
* Strong Planning and Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strategic vision, and prioritize needs efficiently.
* Experience in the payments and/or digital solutions area. Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian JIRA / Confluence / Atlas. Fluent English spoken and written.
