Job Title
The Digital Shelf Specialist is responsible for setting up and rolling out the digital shelf tool globally, providing insights to support markets in achieving best-in-class execution across key e-retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Shelf Tool Setup & Rollout
* Collaborate with vendors and local teams for a successful setup, including compiling local inputs and reviewing categories and brands.
* Test and validate scorecards, reports, and new features to ensure alignment with client requirements before going live.
* Manage communication, meetings, and action plans with vendors and markets to meet roll-out timelines.
2. Digital Shelf Performance Monitoring & Analytics
* Set up custom digital shelf dashboards and scorecards for client stakeholders.
* Ensure market scorecards align with global KPIs and targets, and review exception requests from markets.
* Collect and review user feedback to drive continuous improvements in partnership with vendors and monitor market engagement.
3. Supporting Markets to Drive Best-in-Class Execution
* Collaborate with vendors to provide insights aligned with local teams' needs and business priorities.
* Work closely with global teams to support markets with help needed, such as brand search keyword inputs.
* Conduct audits and leverage insights to identify opportunities across content, availability, rating, and search. Follow up with markets to ensure action plans are implemented with e-retailers and digital shelf best practices are adopted.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in digital shelf management, eCommerce, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital.
