About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Learning & Development Community Officer to join our Group Learning & Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing internal marketing strategies to promote Group L&D's Academies and Transversal Offers.
Main Activities:
- Design and implement internal marketing strategies to promote Group L&D offers and services.
- Foster the animation of the L&D community to enhance visibility and engagement under the guidance of the L&D Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Owner of the squad to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Report hierarchically to the Group HR Solutions Manager based in Lisbon and functionally to the L&D Community Manager based in Paris.
