CBRE is seeking a senior professional to lead the Residential and Logistics sectors within its Capital Markets department, reinforcing its market leadership in Portugal. This strategic role will be responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across two of the most dynamic and high-potential segments of the real estate market both on income producing and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the capital markets strategy for the transactions on the residential and logistics sectors, aligned with CBRE’s global objectives.
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with institutional investors, developers, funds, banks, and public entities.
* Oversee investment and divestment processes, including single assets, portfolios, and development or urban regeneration projects.
* Supervise the preparation of high-impact marketing materials, presentations, and commercial proposals.
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial, urban planning, and market analyses.
* Represent CBRE in industry forums, events, and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 8 to 10 years of leadership experience in real estate, with a focus on investment, development, or strategic advisory.
* Deep knowledge of the Portuguese residential and logistics markets, including trends, key players, and regulatory frameworks.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
* Strategic mindset and business acumen, with a results-oriented approach.
* Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and market analysis platforms.
* Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
