We are looking for an Amazing: French-speaking Application Support Specialist
Seniority: Mid level - Senior
Type of position: Hybrid (2x/week at Porto office)
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
* 4+ years of experience in IT Support;
* Hands-on experience with application support in Windows and Linux environments;
* Experience with ticketing tools (Active Directory, Jira, ServiceNow);
* Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V);
* Experience with SQL;
* Familiarity with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection;
* Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols;
* Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities;
* Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve issues;
* Availability for a hybrid work regime in Porto (Portugal);
* Fluency in French is mandatory.
