Our International Policies Unit plays a key role in this mission, specializing in grant writing for both our own and our clients' proposals for various EU funding programmes, project management, and providing technical and administrative assistance for EU-funded projects, as well as managing cascade grants.
Due to our solid track record of success in securing approvals and our continued stable expansion, we are now seeking to integrate a new colleague, as a
Senior Consultant
into our diverse and multi-background team.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Identify relevant funding opportunities for clients and internal projects;
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored advice;
* Design, plan, prepare, write, and submit proposals for various EU funding programmes;
* Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery;
* Coordinate and manage cascade grants, ensuring compliance with funding rules;
* Contribute to training and mentoring of junior colleagues in proposal writing and project management.
Requisitos da vaga
* Master's degree;
* At least 5 years of experience in European project management and proposal writing, with a focus on EU-funded programmes;
* Proven consultancy experience, ideally with clients from both public and private sectors, will be a plus;
* Previous experience in managing cascade grants would be an asset;
* Strong writing skills and ability to prepare clear, compelling proposals;
* Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders;
* Capacity to work effectively in a team, as well as independently;
* Ability to work under pressure in a demanding, deadline-driven environment;
* Autonomy in managing and implementing projects;
* Experience and openness to working with AI tools for proposal writing and project management;
* Proficiency in MS Office tools;
* Excellent command of written and spoken English;
* Willingness to travel abroad for project activities.
