About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Professional to join our remote team in Braga, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, helping them resolve technical issues related to website solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients, resolving technical issues related to website solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions for website setup, functionality, and configuration
* Guide customers on how to use website tools, helping them navigate features and solve problems efficiently
* Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system for future tracking
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C2 level required)
* Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher preferred)
* Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and common technical issues
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
