DBA Job DescriptionTaking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction;Identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution;Providing 2nd-level support by: researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades, carrying out migrations;Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;Write and maintain documentation.ProfileSolid and extensive knowledge of IT data center infrastructure in general and navigating medium to large IT environments;Experience with being responsible for the implementation of new databases and the operational management of existing databases;Customer focused regarding the operations of the databases with focus on reliability and performance;Able to handle the following tasks:Preparation of operational procedures for backup and recovery, tuning, integrity, reliability and administration of database users;Provide support to the application people and assets in setting up the internal structure of the database;Establish and follow up robust database standards.Know how to work on Databases in the Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform;Fluent in (technical) English (spoken & written)About InetumInetum is a European leader in digital services.
