Our client is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer passionate about developing digital content with real impact.
The Digital Learning Experience area is dedicated to creating assets and solutions that integrate engaging, intuitive, and memorable Learning Journeys.
Description
Lead and oversee projects from the consulting and diagnosis phase through to final delivery.
Create storyboards, interaction flows, and visual concepts for digital learning experiences.
Work on content end-to-end: text, narrative, image, audio, video, and animation.
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, animators, consultants, and content specialists.
Use authoring tools (Storyline, among others) and contribute to UX and UI decisions applied to eLearning.
Apply solid pedagogical principles to design effective, innovative, and user-centered experiences.
Ensure pedagogical, aesthetic, and functional consistency across projects.

Profile
Education in Educational Sciences, Communication, Design, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in eLearning production.
Proficiency in authoring tools (Storyline is mandatory).
Knowledge of AI and other tools for image and audio editing.
Creative ability, critical thinking, and strong visual sensitivity.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Precision, autonomy, dynamism, and a sense of responsibility.
Versatility and a willingness to continuously learn.
Residence in Portugal (preferably the Lisbon metropolitan area) and valid documentation.
