We seek an experienced Business Analyst/Functional Analyst to join a dynamic, cross-border team working on modern technology solutions within the financial services industry. The role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 265 Field Service, and effective communication with distributed teams.
Profile:
This role will be responsible for ensuring that technical team members understand client requirements well and for ensuring the continuous evolution of applications in line with business needs.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that client requirements are clear, understandable, and properly communicated to the project team and developers;
* Support the design of new applications and the evolution of existing ones by gathering and analyzing business needs;
* Define and operationalize test acceptance criteria to ensure delivery quality;
* Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align expectations and priorities;
* Support the organization and execution of ideation or requirements definition sessions (e.g., Design Thinking workshops).
Requirements:
* Experience with AGILE/Scrum methodologies and Design Thinking;
* Excellent analytical and communication skills;
* Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate risks and needs;
* Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
