About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data reliability, quality, and usability across the organization. You will work with multiple data sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze, validate, and monitor data quality across various systems and datasets
* Process and manipulate data using Python and SQL
* Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio and Microsoft Power BI
* Identify data inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities for optimization
* Produce insightful reports to support business and operational decisions
* Document data sources, methodologies, and transformation processes
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and data management practices

* High-quality, validated datasets
* Analytical reports highlighting key findings and improvement opportunities

Data You Will Work With
* Data from internal systems (Engineering, Operations, and other departments)
* Master data and reference datasets
* Operational and production data
* Historical and real-time data (where applicable)
* Existing reports and data models
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing
* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio)
* Solid understanding of data quality and master data management principles
* Ability to work with large and complex datasets
* Experience identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Structured, critical-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
