* Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in OutSystems projects;
* Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative;
* Creativity, thinking outside the box, adaptability and multitasking will be a must have;
* Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
* Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
* Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
* Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
* Transform business requirements into visual solutions for review and approval by business stakeholders;
* Apply a pragmatic UX design approach for integration into development processes;
* Collaborate with other team members to design a solution that is feasible and minimizes impact;
* Define, test, and validate user journeys with stakeholders in a clear and understandable way;
* Be responsible for the user interface design proposal;
* Create high-fidelity mockups to serve as a reference baseline for all future modules.
