Inside Sales and Project Management Specialist
The Inside Sales and Project Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment sales to customers within Internal Sales. This position requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and order equipment, parts, and accessories for projects.
* Validate and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Conduct technical feasibility studies to meet customer requirements.
* Supervise and validate project costs, ensuring profitability.
* Handle purchase and sales orders in the ERP system, maintaining up-to-date project data.
* Optimize internal stock volumes.
* Monitor project development, including time, costs, delivery deadlines, and quality.
* Provide technical support to the Commercial Area and official dealers.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, industrial management, automotive, construction, or supply chain.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales position (valued).
* Training or proven experience in sales and/or industrial management.
* Intermediate knowledge of English.
