Approve purchasing requisitions, execute SOWs/Quotes, etc.
* Analyze, identify, and coordinate efforts to develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs to drive cost savings opportunities, supply base optimization, cash flow improvement and eSourcing. Track and input results into appropriate Siemens tracking tools.

* Solid understanding of IT, software services, procurement markets, conditions, and processes
* Ability to communicate diplomatically in both oral and written formats across all levels of hierarchy.
* Advanced skills using Microsoft Office 365
