We're looking for an individual with expertise in data science who can make a meaningful impact in shaping the consumer experience from discovery and acquisition through conversion and loyalty. As a member of our Global Data & Analytics Hub, you'll operate within a product-based framework that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and delivering value to our customers through impactful data products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical capabilities as a customer-centric service providing actionable insights for business challenges based on data science principles, continually improving the service through integration of customer feedback and evolving needs.
- Interact with stakeholders to facilitate conversion of business needs into viable data products, managing expectations regarding time and quality of delivered products and PoC.
- Conduct PoCs and contribute to product development in PBO groups at a Data Scientist level, capable of contributing to multiple products simultaneously.
- Manage external Data Science teams to support Product-Based Organizations.
- Drive Company efforts in improving efficiency by introducing advanced tools, algorithms, and systems available in the market.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Sciences)
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science with a proven track record of successful leadership of Data Science teams.
- Familiarity with PMI affiliates is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, SQL; Other languages (R, Scala, PySpark) as a bonus
- Understanding of CI/CD principles: Software developing, testing, Software versioning (with Bitbucket), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with the AWS stack and proficiency with Large Language Models.
- MLOps: Machine learning operations for deploying and maintaining models in production.
- Knowledge of data governance, including data privacy, security, and compliance issues.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hypothesis-driven approaches.
- Ability to work independently, conceptualize, formulate, prototype, and implement algorithms to address business challenges.
- English language proficiency, both spoken and written, with the ability to present effectively.
