As an intern within the Accenture Recruitment team, you will be directly involved in all recruitment activities of our department: manage candidates and their experience, employer branding and campus events. ResponsibilitiesFull cycle recruitment: This includes identifying the right talents, conducting HR interviews for several positions, managing the candidate pipeline, and following up throughout the entire application journey, until the salary offer stage. Campus Events: You will be able to bring energy on campus through creative & academic events, aiming to reach students for an internship or a first job. We use modern tools, innovative approaches and our knowledge of best practice to ensure everything is running smoothly. Your backgroundBachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related areas; You have a passion for people and are curious to learn more about recruitment and business; You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a diverse team from all walks of life, cultures and creeds; You are solution oriented and keen to learn new methodologies, processes and technologies; You\'re fluent in English and Portuguese.
