* Order Management: Ensure efficient receipt, processing, and delivery of orders.
* Commercial Support: Provide administrative assistance to the commercial team as needed.
* Documentation Control: Maintain up-to-date records, contracts, and invoices.
* Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
* Systems Utilization: Proficiently use SAP for data entry and consultation, and Salesforce for case management.
* Reporting and Correspondence: Prepare and edit reports using Excel and Word.
