Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain message-oriented integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6 / BWCE) with supporting Java development.Take ownership of assigned integration components, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose effective integration solutions.Apply and promote best practices in coding standards, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.Support and maintain integration applications during business hours, ensuring service reliability and continuity.What are we looking for?
Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW / BWCE) and TIBCO EMS.Strong development experience in Java and Spring Boot.Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging concepts.Experience with Docker and container-based deployments.What do we offer?
