AIOS has two products: Command (the executive intelligence and action layer, sold mostly through performance and digital marketing) and Workforce (managed digital workers, sold consultatively to mid-market and enterprise). We've guided multi-sector businesses through AI adoption and won AI Startup of the Year (London). We're scaling fast and need someone to turn real commercial momentum into a repeatable, scalable sales engine. Join our team. About the role This is a build-and-drive role for a commercially hungry sales leader. You'll own revenue from first conversation to close. You will personally carry a number from day one while designing the process, pipeline, and team that let us scale. You'll report to the founders and sit at the heart of the commercial engine. You're inheriting genuine fuel, not a standing start. We have around 6,500 leads, an active events programme generating new conversations, an AI podcast approaching 1 million downloads, a wide founder network of warm relationships, and a product that demos and delivers. Your immediate job is to convert that into qualified pipeline and closed revenue – and then to build the system that keeps doing so as we scale up our integrated marketing activity. This is a player-coach role. You close deals yourself, and you build the playbook, comp model, and team behind you. What you'll do Design and own the end-to-end sales process for both Command (a SaaS motion led by marketing with light SDR support) and Workforce (a consultative solution sale to mid-market and enterprise - remote where possible, on-site where needed). Turn our 6,500 leads and event pipeline into a prioritised, well-managed funnel with clear stages and conversion targets. Personally carry a number and close deals from day one - leading from the front, especially on the larger Workforce deals. Convert events, warm relationships, and the founder network into qualified opportunities and signed customers across the UK, UAE, and beyond. Stand up the sales tooling, CRM hygiene, reporting, and forecasting so the founders always have a clear, accurate view of revenue. Design the commission model. Move us from today's flat per-sale structure to an ARR-based plan that pulls sellers toward the larger Workforce deals we need them closing. Define the commercial playbook — messaging, pricing approach, objection handling, case studies — that anyone we hire can run. Stand up a sales training programme covering AIOS product certification and a chosen sales methodology so every new hire is productive within 60 days. Run a non-negotiable weekly inspection cadence — 1:1s, pipeline review, deal interrogation, activity scrutiny, forecast call. Work closely with solutions and delivery to land each account cleanly. Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing sales team as volume grows — across SDRs in Lisbon and field sellers in the UK. Partner with our Partner Manager on reseller, referrer, and Microsoft channel sales opportunities. Design and work with engineering to deploy your own sales operations team of AI workers – from sales enrichment, to analysis and initial outreach. Set targets, comp structure, and KPIs, and manage performance against them. Manage out underperformance cleanly. Partner with marketing and product on demand generation, positioning, and front-line feedback. Build a world-class sales organisation that hits targets. What we're looking for Essential Proven B2B sales experience and sales team leadership, with a track record of building and hitting revenue targets - ideally in SaaS, technology, or services. Hands-on closing ability. You're still a closer, not just a manager — happy to run deals yourself and show the team how. Recent net-new logo proof. You can name 2–3 net-new logos you've opened in the last 24 months - champion, economic buyer, workflow pain. Pipeline and process discipline. You build repeatable systems, manage a CRM rigorously, and forecast accurately. Comfort in a fast, founder-led environment. You thrive with ambiguity, move quickly, and build the plane while flying it. Commercial storytelling. You translate a technical product into clear business value for non-technical buyers. Based in Lisbon, ready to be in the office most days, and comfortable with frequent travel to UK customers and our UAE operation. Nice to have Experience selling AI, automation, or agent-based products. Experience with consumption-priced or hybrid SaaS-plus-consumption commercial models. Trained in a recognised sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler, or similar). Background scaling a sales function from early stage through to a structured team.
