Your Role
As a Scrum Master (Team Coach), you will support Product Teams in delivering high-quality digital products through agile methodologies. You will lead agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and ensure seamless collaboration between team members and stakeholders. By coaching on best practices and removing impediments, you'll help teams become more autonomous and efficient. Your role also involves contributing to PMI's broader agile transformation by refining practices and engaging in Communities of Practice.
Your Profile
- You bring over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Scrum Master,
- Strong grasp of agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Excellent communication skills
- Servant leadership mindset
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Certified (e.g., CSM, PSM I), ideally with advanced credentials
- Analytical thinker, comfortable in dynamic environments
- Eager to drive team performance and agile maturity across the organization.
