In this role, you will play a crucial part in protecting & assessing our organisation's information assets, systems, and data from evolving cyber threats. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, conducting vulnerability and risk assessments, and implementing security best practices to maintain a robust security posture and help reduce overall IT risks.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and processes.
* Plan, execute, and document IT risk assessments for global operations, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
* Conduct and support Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
* Identify, assess, and document information security risks.
* Collaborate with IT, Support, and business teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Maintain and improve the enterprise IT risk register.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Assist in third-party/vendor risk assessments.
* Develop and refine IT risk assessment methodologies, templates, and procedures.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred but not essential.
* Minimum of 5 years of related work experience/training in IT specific Risk & / or Compliance is a must.
* Experience in the BPO industry is desirable.
* Working knowledge of IT risk management, building, carrying out, updating and auditing IT risk assessments and risks.
* Experience with key IT & business stakeholders to identify, log and track risks through to mitigation or resolution.
* A good general understanding of the components of IT infrastructure including end user computing, networking (LAN & WAN), data centres, telephony and contact centre applications.
* Knowledge of security specific tools such as antivirus suites, security monitoring and alerting, SIEM / SOAR applications.
* Ability to work well with others towards team goals.
* Clear communication style.
* Methodical and systematic working style.
* English verbal and written: B2 minimum - preferably C1/2.
