We're looking for a Junior Transfer Secretary to join the team and provide vital administrative and legal support in property transfers.
You'll assist in managing residential conveyancing files, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. This role offers great exposure and growth in a professional legal setting.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing-related role
* Able to manage 30 transfer files simultaneously
* Skilled in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 (non-negotiable)
* Matric required; legal qualification advantageous
* Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English
* South African citizen
