Untile is a digital product design and development company based in Viana do Castelo that collaborates with clients in a blended approach, combining internal teams and remote engagement.
We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and autonomous Product Manager to manage client relationships and product delivery.
Responsibilities
Strategic Product Planning: develop and define the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Client and Market Engagement: act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and market demands; engage with the market through research and feedback to guide product direction.
Cross-functional Leadership: work closely with Project Management, Sales, Design, and Development teams to bring products to life and keep the vision clear.
Product Lifecycle Management: oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including market analysis, positioning, defining unique selling propositions, and post-launch evaluation.
Negotiation and Scope Definition: handle negotiations regarding product scope, terms with clients, and adjustments based on market feedback and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
A technical background or experience in digital product design and development.
Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in English.
A passion for the IT industry and product development, with a solid understanding of web application technologies and product lifecycles.
Experience in commercial matters, including estimation processes and budget management, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile environments and methodologies.
Experience as a facilitator between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Experience negotiating scope and timeline with stakeholders.
Flexibility to identify potential opportunities and product gaps.
