Job Title

Are you a talent hunter with a passion for recruiting top-notch technical and engineering professionals? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same?

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional talent to join our team. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with hiring managers, defining their recruitment needs, and specifying requirements that meet our business objectives.

You will manage all channels to the active candidate market, including employee referrals, e-sourcing, online and offline advertising, events, and agencies. Your proactive approach to building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs will be essential in driving our business forward.

As a key member of our HR team, you will participate in industry events, represent our company at career fairs, and engage in employer branding initiatives to promote our organization as an attractive place to work.

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field. You should be fluent in Portuguese and possess a high level of English and/or Spanish language skills. Excellent communication skills, ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively are also essential.


Responsibilities

* Recruiting and Sourcing
* Participation in the full recruitment life-cycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection, through to on-boarding in Portugal and Spain
* Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements
* Coach, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions
* Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, on and off line advertising, events, and agencies
* Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas
* Improve recruitment processes and manage the Workday recruitment system
* Employer Branding
* Represent the Group at industry events in line with the company strategy
* Participate actively to HR Communication actions: Career Fairs, internal or external events, campaigns, etc.


Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant fields


Required Skills

* Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English and/or Spanish
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time
