What are you going to do?
* Manage and continuously improve the processes of Release Management, Change Management, and Incident Management, ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with business objectives;
* Coordinate release cycles (Train, HotFix, Incidents, Bugs, Vulnerabilities, etc.) and maintain the technical roadmap updated per application;
* Establish and oversee the Request for Change process and ensure consistency across releases;
* Manage the entire incident lifecycle, from reproduction to deployment in production;
* Generate reports, metrics (KPIs), and technical documentation related to each process;
* Promote continuous improvement of release, change, and incident management processes.
What are we looking for?
* Solid experience in similar roles (Release, Change, or Incident Manager);
* Ability to coordinate teams and processes across functions;
* Strong results-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Outstanding communication and reporting abilities;
* Proficiency in English.
