Qualifications:
9. 3+ years of relevant working experience
10. Good communication and facilitation skills
11. Effective team management
12. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
13. Fluent in English and Portuguese
14. Master's or equivalent degree/ MBA
