Your mission: We seek an individual with experience in various agronomical crops and a background in Agronomy to set up, monitor, and assess experimental trials in lab, greenhouse, and open field settings for R&D within the scope of Biocontrol and Adjuvants.
Your responsibilities: Plan, set up, and monitor greenhouse trials to evaluate R&D product efficacy in biocontrol.Create and optimize trial protocols for greenhouse experiments.Collect, analyze, and report trial data, assessing biological and statistical relevance.Develop protocols with model crops and PPP combinations to test adjuvant properties, utilizing phenotyping tools.Design and execute trials with model crops and pests to evaluate biocontrol products.Develop methods for artificial inoculation of crops with microorganisms.Calibrate and validate phenotyping data.Manage plant rearing, growth, and maintenance.Maintain greenhouse research facilities.Develop validation trials for potential new A.I.s in vitro and in planta.The talent we seek: Degree in Agronomy, Botany, Plant Biology, or related fields.Experience as a greenhouse/field trialist.Proficiency in trial setup, data collection, and pathogen effect assessment.Knowledge of agricultural techniques and plant maintenance.Experience with microbial inoculation.Knowledge of phenotyping technologies and statistical analysis is a plus.Quick learner with adaptability to new methods and protocols.Strong organizational skills.What we offer: Competitive salary and bonuses.Flexible schedule promoting work-life balance.Benefits aligned with local standards.Ongoing training and development.Rovensa Group values diversity and inclusion.
