Exciting Opportunity to Work with a Leading IT Consultancy via Hays!
Your new role:
Rapidly understand new test environments and complex functionalities.
Collaborate with Test Managers and Project Managers on test scope and planning.
Define requirements for comprehensive test cases.
Perform defect logging, tracking, and reporting using customer tools.
Actively troubleshoot and support defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
Escalate critical defects to managers for swift resolution.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the IP domain.
Expert knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G network architectures and call flows.
Hands-on experience with cloud, virtualization, and VNF deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Proven ability to communicate effectively, provide training, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of IMS, PaCO, and SDM domains.
