About The Job
The Business Analyst's mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. They collect and analyze new needs arising from market changes, internal projects, client requests, or user requests for system enhancements. They propose and document optimal solutions to meet user and client expectations, involving all relevant stakeholders in the process.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Understand and analyze needs from the Business or market changes, propose sustainable solutions aligned with the entity’s strategic plan, and convert them into detailed requirements.
2. Involve relevant stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements, assessing potential impacts.
3. Ensure implementation of new features and changes in the Production environment.
4. Follow the go-live process, compare impacts with expectations, and propose adjustments as needed.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor's degree (3-5 years) in Information Technology and Computer Science
* Operational proficiency in English
* Knowledge of IT and Business/IT relationship management
* Strong analytical abilities
* Teamwork and collaboration skills
* Ability to understand, explain, and support change processes
